Looking for robot from 1978?, red with “MR” on sides of hat, clear plastic body with gears can see moving?

Most of the robot is red….head, arms and leg parts except for the middle of body that is clear, see thru where you can see the different colored plastic gears moving inside, the hat is like square shaped flat surfaced….top hat look and the only identification is the “MR” it has on both sides of it. There is a white piece that is suppose to be the nose and 2 white gears on side of red head that makes the mouth open and close I think? it reminds me of a those soldiers who stand guard…when they move it it like a robot motion. The My husband had one in approx 1980 and his mom sold in a gargage sale and he was heartbroken, he recently seen the same one on a old Incredible HULK episode (3rd season-”Captive Night” 1978) where the Hulk is in a department store in the toy dept and this robot is in the scene moving all around him, the robot runs inot his foot and the Hulk gives it a little kick and spins in around with his foot, hard to tell but I would say around 18″- tall and not very thick. The hulk episode was made in 1978 so I guess it came out sometime around there.
